Service Overview
Levy-paying employers submit their Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) annually via NSDMS to qualify for the mandatory grant equal to 20% of the Skills Development Levy paid. The WSP details planned training interventions; the ATR reports on training conducted in the prior year. Both must be submitted within the annual submission window prescribed by merSETA.
