Service Overview
Any person may report suspected fraud, corruption, or financial misconduct involving merSETA or its funded activities via the dedicated fraud hotline. The hotline is operated by an independent service provider to protect the identity of the reporter. All reports are treated confidentially.

Complaints and Compliments Submission
Stakeholders may submit complaints, compliments, or general feedback about merSETA's services, staff conduct, grant processing, or any other aspect of merSETA's operations. Submissions are received via the online feedback form on the merSETA website or by email.
Courseware Request
Training providers and employers may request access to merSETA-developed courseware (learning materials) aligned to qualifications within the merSETA scope via the Curriculum and Learning Programmes Development Unit.
